Starting this week, the northbound lanes of Franklin Boulevard between Laguna and Elk Grove Boulevards will be closed as the Harvest Water pipeline project moves into its next phase. Traffic will be rerouted to the southbound lanes on the west side of Franklin, similar to the current detour north of Laguna Boulevard.  

Key Changes:  

• Temporary traffic signals will allow access to Garden Homes Place and Valley Hi Country Club Drive.  
• The Franklin Blvd entrance at Roselin Way will be closed – local residents should use alternate routes.  
• Lane closures north of Laguna Blvd are expected to reopen in early April 2025.
