On Wednesday, September 23, the Elk Grove City Council held its 17th regular meeting on 2026. There are only four regular meetings left for 2026.
The mayor and city council heard extensive public comment on surveillance operations, plans for Old Town Elk Grove, and from hourly workers at the Sky River Casino, who have been stymied by the Wilton Rancheria in their efforts to recognize their collective bargaining unit.
