Among the most notable items on the regular agenda is consideration of a new city initiative called the Accessibility Compliance to Create Equitable Small-business Spaces (ACCESS) Incentive Program. City officials say the proposed program would help businesses improve accessibility compliance while supporting equitable access for customers and employees
