Speakers are requested to limit remarks to three (3) minutes per person so all who wish to speak may have an opportunity. The City Council reserves the right to reasonably limit total public comment time on any particular agenda item.

If you wish to address the Council, please complete a Speaker Card and provide it to the Assistant City Clerk prior to consideration of the agenda item.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.5, writings distributed to a majority of the City Council less than 72 hours prior to the meeting and relating to agenda items will be available on the City’s website and for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 8401 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove, CA, during regular business hours.

Subject: Consideration of an ordinance amending Elk Grove Municipal Code Title 23 to allow Outdoor Event Center use in Agricultural-Residential zoning districts, and approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Amendment.
