The City Council reserves the right to reasonably limit total public comment time on any particular agenda item.

Subject: Consideration of an ordinance amending Elk Grove Municipal Code Title 23 to allow Outdoor Event Center use in Agricultural-Residential zoning districts, and approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Amendment.

  1. Introduce an ordinance amending the Zoning Code and finding no further CEQA review necessary.
  2. Adopt a resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit and Amendment, subject to conditions of approval.
