The Elk Grove City Council held its fifth regular meeting of 2026 on March 11. The meeting lasted about two hours and 45 minutes.

Along with hearing an update on the long-delayed Whitelock Parkway and CA State Highway 99 interchange, the city council heard several public comments on non-agenda items focused on different aspects of local law enforcement.
