On Wednesday, April 8, the Elk Grove City Council held its seventh regular meeting of 2026 at Elk Grove City Hall. The meeting lasted just over 90 minutes.

Among other items, the mayor and city council heard from residents about their privacy concerns over the use of Flock license plate readers.
