5. Public Hearing Item(s)

• Maverik Fueling Station and Convenience Store (PLNG24-031): This public hearing will consider a Conditional Use Permit and a Minor Design Review for a proposed fueling station and convenience store. The project includes a±5,951 square foot convenience store, two fuel canopies with a total of 25 pumps, and other site improvements like landscaping, parking, and lighting. It must comply with the City's Climate Action Plan for non-residential development. The site is at 10490 E. Stockton Boulevard.
  • Staff Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution to approve the project and find it exempt from CEQA under State CEQA Guidelines Section 15332. The recommendation is based on the findings and conditions in the draft Resolution.
