Elk Grove Police recover $4,000 in stolen goods from 3 suspects
Elk Grove Police arrested three suspects on various charges last week in what they described as organized retail theft. The suspects, Alfred Montalvo, 33, Don Clemons, 31, and Kysiah Jones, 27, reportedly entered an unnamed retailer and stole approximately $4,000 of merchandise on the evening of Tuesday, November 21.
