      • A public hearing to consider a Major Design Review for a new automobile dealership with associated site improvements (landscaping, parking, and lighting).
      • Location: Northwest corner of Auto Passage Drive and Laguna Grove Drive, within the Elk Grove Auto Mall.
      • Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution finding no further environmental review is required and approving the Major Design Review.

  • Court Challenges: If you wish to challenge a decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing(s) described in the notice/agenda, or in written correspondence delivered prior to the public hearing.

Writings that are public records relating to an agenda item and distributed to a majority of the Commission less than 72 hours before the meeting will be posted on the City's website with the agenda. Presentations

Any presentation requiring the use of the City of Elk Grove's equipment must be submitted to the Planning Commission Secretary no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
