The Sacramento protest drew an estimated crowd of over 10,000 people to the State Capitol. The Elk Grove event was held on the corner of Laguna Boulevard and Bruceville Road with an estimated crowd of 1,000.
The Sacramento event featured several speakers. Given Elk Grove's suburban setting, the protest drew an unending chorus of vehicle honking horns in support of the protesters.
The two featured videos offer a taste of the people attending and the creative messages being conveyed, expressing dissatisfaction with the president and his administration's policies. Both protests were officially scheduled between 10 am and 1 pm.
