Good News for West Side Drivers |
All lanes of Franklin Boulevard between Elk Grove and Laguna Boulevards have reopened and work on the Harvest Water project is finally clearing that area. Intermittent lane closures with flaggers in place will likely continue into November for median restoration, road resurfacing and striping. Work also continues south of Elk Grove, with major pipeline construction expected to be complete by early 2026. There may be adjustments to the schedule for inclement weather.
