5.1 Trilogy Medwaste West (PLNG25-020)

A public hearing to consider a Text Amendment to the Elk Grove Municipal Code (EGMC) and a Conditional Use Permit (CUP).

  • Location: 9168 Survey Road; APN: 134-0510-026.
  • Proposed Use: Establishing a "Medical Waste Transfer Facility" within an existing tenant space. No exterior improvements are proposed.
  • Project Planner: Kyra Killingsworth, Senior Planner.
  • Staff Recommendation: Adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council find the project exempt from CEQA and approve the Text Amendment and CUP.
