  • 8.1 SUBJECT: Conduct Public Hearings in consideration of resolutions calling special elections and declaring results of the special elections to annex certain territory to Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Maintenance Services) (Annexation No. 104), Street Maintenance District No. 1, Zone 3-AT (Annexation No. 57), and Storm Water Drainage Fee Zone 2 (Annexation No. 74) for the Coral Blossom Apartments Project and to introduce an ordinance levying and apportioning the special tax [p. 1-149]

    • RECOMMENDATION: Conduct public hearings and take the following actions:
      • A-1. Adopt a resolution calling a special election to submit the question of levying a special tax within the area proposed to be annexed to Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Maintenance Services) (Annexation No. 104).
      • A-2. Adopt resolution declaring the results of the special election held on October 8, 2025, for the one hundred and fourth annexation to Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Maintenance Services).
      • A-3. Introduce an ordinance levying and apportioning the special tax in territory annexed to Community Facilities District No. 2006-1 (Maintenance Services) (Annexation No. 104).
      • B. Adopt resolution declaring no majority protest and determining to levy assessments in Street Maintenance District No. 1, Zone 3-AT (Eastern Area) (Annexation No. 57).
      • C. Adopt resolution declaring no majority protest and determining to levy assessments in Storm Water Drainage Fee Zone 2 (Annexation No. 74).
