Public Participation
The Elk Grove City Council welcomes, appreciates, and encourages public participation. Speakers are requested to limit remarks to three (3) minutes per person so that all interested parties may be heard. The City Council reserves the right to reasonably limit the total time for public comment on any agenda item.
Individuals wishing to address the Council must complete a Speaker Card and submit it to the Assistant City Clerk prior to consideration of the agenda item.
Pursuant to Government Code § 54957.5, writings distributed to a majority of the City Council less than 72 hours prior to the meeting and relating to agenda items for open session will be made available on the City’s website. Physical copies will be available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 8401 Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove, CA, during regular business hours.

Public hearing to consider an ordinance amending the Zoning Map and a resolution approving a Tentative Subdivision Map, Design Review, and abandonment of a SMUD easement.

Recommendation:
- Introduce an ordinance finding no further environmental review is required under CEQA Section 15183 and amending the Zoning Map.
- Adopt a resolution approving the Tentative Subdivision Map, Design Review, and General Plan consistency determination, subject to conditions of approval.
