On Monday, January 12, the Placer County Democratic Party held a forum for the five Democratic candidates for the 6th Congressional District. The newly drawn district roughly stretches from Rocklin and Roseville in Placer through Northern Sacramento County into Yolo County.

The forum was held on Zoom, with over 100 participants. The participants were grouped into five "rooms," and the five candidates moved to each room to make their presentations, each allotted about 15 minutes.

During their time, each candidate offered an opening statement followed by questions from the audience. At the end of the session, the candidates made closing statements.

The five candidates, in alphabetical order, are Lauren Babb-Tomlinson, Martha Guerrero, Thien Ho, Richard Pan, and Tyler Vandenberg. According to Ballotpedia, there are four Republican candidates: Christine Bish, Craig DeLuz, Raymond Riehle, and Michael Stansfield.

The video was edited to remove participant instructions and other non-essential information. No comments or questions and answers from the candidates have been omitted.
