Indivisible Elk Grove-Laguna holds 365 Days of Resistance Protests in Elk Grove

As they have since 2025, the Indivisible Elk Grove-Laguna chapter held the third protest in Elk Grove. As with other events, the Saturday, January 24 protest was held on the northeast corner of Lagunal Boulevard and Bruceville Road between 11 a,m. to 1 p.m.

Although not as well attended as earlier events, the focus was on the first year of Donald Trump's second term as president. As seen in this video, protesters displayed several signs denoting changes deemed unfavorable by protesters during the first year of Trump's management of American society to motorists passing on westbound Laguna Boulevard (see second video below).

The protests in Elk Grove and other American cities were held in the immediate aftermath of another killing of bystanders in Minneapolis. An observer of street protests was the victim of an extrajudicial execution at the hands of federal agents.
